A. Develop a project specific building enclosure commissioning plan. B. Develop and maintain the Owner Project Requirements (OPR). C. Review the Architect’s Basis of Design (BOD). D. Perform reviews of the Architectural Drawings and Specifications relating to the Building Enclosure Systems, and the detailing between the components. Make recommendations to the Design Team and LLSBC regarding building envelope performance, materials, maintenance, manufacturers and detailing. These reviews shall be completed at Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document Phases. Attend six (6) meetings with the Owner and design team. E. Develop a project specific Building Enclosure Commissioning specification outlining the roles and responsibilities of all parties in the process and specifying BECx field functional performance testing. F. Observe the Building Enclosure Systems during construction of the on-site performance mock-up. Observe testing of the mock-up and assist in diagnosing issues that may arise during the testing. G. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, test reports, samples and mock-ups relevant to the building enclosure systems for general conformance with recognized industry standards, the Owner Project Requirements and the Construction Documents. H. Prepare, coordinate and attend the preconstruction building enclosure commissioning kick-off meeting on site. I. Review the contractor Shop and Field Quality Assurance and Control Plans and check lists. J. Perform Weekly Site Observations to review the progress of the building envelope and document if the work being performed or accessible at the time of the visit is in compliance with the design and the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR).
