Plan Updates: Earthquake Plan Participate in the plan update process as a Primary Agency of ESF-3 Coordinate with the Earthquake Program Manager to expand the Vulnerability and Hazard Analysis portion of the Earthquake Plan Develop the Water Systems Lifeline Sector Analysis in the Earthquake Plan Flood Response Plan Participate in the plan update process as a Primary Agency of ESF-3 Coordinate with the Dam Failure and Flood Response Program Manager to develop the Water Systems Lifeline Sector Analysis in the Flood Response Plan Drought Response Plan Participate in the plan update process as Primary Agency of ESF-3 Coordinate with the Mass Care and Continuity Program Manager to develop the Water Systems Lifeline Sector Analysis in the Drought Response Plan Winter Weather Plan Participate in the plan update process as Primary Agency of ESF-3 Coordinate with the Hurricane Program Manager to develop the Water Systems Lifeline Sector Analysis in the Winter Weather Plan Other plans as required Participate in the plan update process as Primary Agency of ESF-3 Update or develop the Water Systems Lifeline Sector Analysis section of the plans Timeline: February 2025 – September 2025 Estimate: 120 hours Further Develop ESF-3 Functions, Partners, Roles and Responsibilities Participate in ESF-3 coordination meetings to do a comprehensive update of the ESF-3 SOP and SCEOP Annex. Document additional engineering and public work partners that may not be currently represented in the plan. Expand descriptions of roles and responsibilities as needed. Assist in maintaining communications with ESF-3 partner agencies throughout the year Assist with cataloging National Guard assets that could be available during an incident to support ESF-3 water and wastewater recovery activities.
