The City of Des Moines, hereinafter called the "Jurisdiction", has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvements or project as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the Des Moines City Engineer's Office, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of this Proposal, for the following described improvements: East Army Post Road Trunk Sanitary Sewer from SE 14th Street to Three Lakes Estates, 072023001 The improvement includes clearing and grubbing, removals, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, intake replacement, replacement of driveways, sidewalks, street patches, traffic control, pavement markings, erosion control, restoration, seeding, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 663-312/414, located along East Army Post Road from SE 14th Street to Three Lakes Estates in Des Moines, Iowa
