The requested engineering services and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Detailed topographic survey as necessary for planning and design ofthe project, b. Locate and/or establish property and easement boundaries, if necessary; c. Preparation of concept and schematic pians suitable for feasibility analysis, discussion and determination; d. Preparation of estimate of probable cost; e. Coordination and meetings with the County (staff and committees as necessary), utility providers, and other entities as necessary; f. Determination of utility locations and relocation opportunities if necessary; g. Coordination of public meetings with the Planning/Zoning Commission, 13oard of Commissioners, Parks Conservation Board, and other public entities.
