Software must have the ability to allow users to select their mentor or mentee through a self-service portal. Software must be fully customizable to the needs of the Agency. 3.1.5 Software must provide program management, such as, tools to manage and track mentorship programs, including setting up milestones, goals, and timelines for mentor-mentee relationships. 3.1.6 Software must allow creation of reports and analytics to track program effectiveness, participation rates, and outcomes. 3.1.7 Software must have built-in chat and video conferencing capabilities to facilitate easy communication between mentors and mentees. 3.1.8 Software must provide scheduling tools for setting up meetings and check-ins. 3.1.9 Software must provide tools for gathering ongoing feedback from mentors and mentees about the relationship and progress between the pairings. 3.1.10 Software must have personal and customizable dashboards for mentors, mentees, and administrators to monitor their progress, goals, and activity. 3.1.11 Software must provide administrative dashboards for program managers to oversee the health and performance of the mentoring programs.
