Construction Documents Shall Include: 1. A site plan in a printable scale. At a minimum, site plan must include location and dimensions of driveways, minimum building setbacks, property lines, easements (public and private), overall dimensions of all existing and proposed structures with labels, sewer tap, water tap, and water meter locations. 2. Foundation plan and details that show compliance with City of Bryan Minimum Foundation Standards. Plans must Include plan view and cross sections of interior and exterior beams. 3. Proposed floor plan and details. 4. Mechanical/HVAC location of exterior and interior units. 5. Electrical switch and outlet plan. 6. Plumbing fixture locations plan. 7. Exterior building elevations with total height of structure from all directions (north, south, east, west). 8. Roof plan (may be on shown on site plan).
