SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK DEQ is committed to continuing its work in pollutant monitoring and meteorological measurements, as well as working to expand its capabilities to meet future needs of agency programs by procurement of services that meet or substantially meet the specifications below. The ability to perform this work and maintain validated monitoring programs requires equipment to be functional on a year-round basis. If functionality cannot be maintained, it is critical for service, repair, and/or parts to be available as needed. These instruments and services will allow the Air Quality Monitoring Section to continue their support of both air and water quality monitoring programs and will improve the Division’s ability to meet current and future analytical and monitoring needs. General Requirements • Ability to respond and schedule service requests in a timely manner within 3-5 business days. • Provide a list of standard and rush turn-around-times Technical Requirements a. Pressure Controller Requirements: i. Pressure transducers must be National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST) traceable and come with documentation certifying traceability to a primary standard ii. Must be capable of supplying pressure or vacuum to a range of -14.5 PSI to 50 PSI and capable of accurate measurement within that range iii. Must have integrated barometric pressure reference sensor iv. Must be accurate down to 0.02% full scale or better v. Must be precise to 0.008% full scale or better vi. Must be operated by color LCD with touch screen vii. Must come with Ethernet, USB and RS-232 communication interfaces b. Digital Pressure/Vacuum Gauge Requirements: viii. Gauge must be NIST traceable and come with documentation certifying traceability to a primary standard ix. Measuring range of gauge must be able to cover at least -14.5 PSI to 200 PSI x. Measurement resolution of gauge must be 0.001 PSI or better xi. Accuracy of measurement must be 0.25% of full scale or better c.
