Work associated with the project will generally include installation of storm drain, catch basins and water main on Elm Street, from approximately Cutts Street to Diamond Street, and within Hooper Street. Gravity sewer infrastructure is also proposed. In a joint effort with Maine Water Company (MWC), the project will generally consist of two scopes of work: - Scope 1 Storm Sewer Separation: separate existing drainage within a combined sewer system via the installation of new storm drain, drain manholes, and catch basins - Scope 2 Water Main Replacement: installation of water main, removal of existing water main, and reconnection of associated water services (Refer to Appendix A for water specific specifications)
