SCOPE OF WORK Deliverables The selected Respondent will be expected to provide: • Comprehensive Linen Packages supplying a full linen set per guest, including: o One set of XL twin sheets o One blanket o One pillowcase o Two bath towels o Two washcloths • Respondents may choose to deliver all listed linens in pre-prepared packages or in bulk by item as described in section 3. • Event-based Linen Service: Respond to linen needs for University Housing events, including camps, conferences, and special gatherings, with timely delivery and pick-up for each event as scheduled. • Logistics and Coordination: o On-time Delivery & Pick-up: Ensure reliable drop-off and pickup services at specified campus residence halls within defined and agreed upon timelines. o Flexible Resupply Options: Accommodate the need to cycle out linens or supply additional sets when multiple groups require service back-to-back. • Process Management: o Detailed Timeline for Each Event: Outline a clear process for securing linens per event, including scheduling,
