II. Scope of Services This RFP seeks to select multiple contractors to provide comprehensive Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) and supplemental services to support AmeriCorps programming in Delaware. Contractors will be assigned specific areas of service outlined below: 1. Training & Development: Design and deliver training for AmeriCorps members, site supervisors, and host organizations focused on program compliance, performance measurement, and capacity building. 2. VISTA Grant Oversight & Support: Provide oversight for VISTA grant management, including recruitment, placement, and management of VISTA members to ensure program success and compliance. 3. Subgrantee Fiscal Reporting Assistance & Oversight: Assist in monitoring and reviewing subgrantee fiscal reporting, ensuring compliance with AmeriCorps financial regulations and best practices. 4.
