The objective of this project is to design a RTI (Regional Training Institute) pavilion measuring 48 feet by 60 feet on a concrete pad with power, lighting, and water. This pavilion will serve as an outdoor classroom to facilitate training at the 139th Regiment Military Academy. The structure will need to include electrical outlets, lighting, trash receptacles, and modular outdoor seating and storage options for the classroom. To determine the best location for the pavilion at 4595 Butner Road, Fort Liberty, NC, investigative services are required. These services will involve locating underground utilities, assessing elevation changes, and providing other assistance necessary for cost estimates and feasibility analyses for construction in three potential areas.
