The North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) through the coordination with the North Carolina Community College System Office (NCCCSO) aids and guides in creating contracts to ensure more competitive pricing by procuring essential products and services. The purpose of this IFB is to establish an Agency Contract to provide moving services on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) during the contract period. Services include labor, supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles and other required tools to relocate office furniture, office equipment, and surplus items from one office location Agency to other locations within the Caswell Building or North Carolina Surplus Property Agency to dispose of surplus items needed within the Raleigh NC area.
