The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The Raleigh Police Department began utilizing a blue and white color scheme on its vehicles more than 40 years ago. This color scheme has stood the test of time and continues to be a major part of the department’s brand identity. For many years, the RPD’s vehicles have been painted this color; however, wrapping has become a more budget-friendly option for the department because the vehicles no longer need to be repainted before they are sent to auction; the wrap can simply be removed. The department seeks contractors who are able to match the current color scheme of the vehicles and apply a quality wrap product with a high degree of skill.
