This project aims to: • Expand childcare capacity to address the growing needs of Tribal members and the local community. • Preserve and enhance culturally appropriate childcare and educa*onal services. • Develop a phased approach to ensure project feasibility and maximize funding opportuni*es. The project will consist of the design and remodel of approximately 11,400 square feet of the Learning Center located on the Kilkich trust lands in Coos Bay, Oregon to accommodate new offices, expanded classrooms, restrooms, and parent wai*ng area/lobby. This will include some demoli*on as well as dust and noise control poten*ally while business con*nues to operate in some parts of the building. Find the exis*ng floor plan in AKachment C.
