2.1 All structures are located within the city limits of Beaumont. 2.2 The Contractor shall make every effort possible to secure demolition site in residential neighborhood. 2.3 It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide security of any and all equipment or material left on the construction site at any time during this contract. 2.4 The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all utilities are disconnected. This includes calling 811 before you dig to determine location of any underground utilities. A list of these companies follows: • Entergy Electric Company • Centerpoint Energy • City of Beaumont - Water Utilities • AT&T • Spectrum The above is provided for informational purposes only. The Contractor is responsible for notifying all utility companies. 2.5 Demolition includes structures, slab/foundation, and parking lots.
