The Owner’s Representative shall have the authority to act on behalf of the Board only to the extent provided in contractual agreements to which the Board is a party. The Owner’s Representative shall confer with the Board and designated staff at intervals and when appropriate to various stages of the project such as demolition, design, construction, and programing. Duties and Responsibilities: A. To provide consultation services and advice by working closely with the Town Building Department, Fire Marshall, Police, and other town officials and designated staff of the Board relevant to State offices and officials and the community at large on all aspects of the project. B. Preconstruction activities shall include attendance at design and construction meetings, reporting to the town cash flow requirement preparation and budget tracking development. C. The Owner’s Representative shall observe the progress and quality of the work as the Owner deems it reasonably necessary at various stages of construction to determine in general that is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents. Notify the Board and designated staff if in the Representative’s opinion work does not conform to the contract documents or require special inspection or testing.
