The intent of this solicitation is to provide printing/production/customer service/PCI compliant financial services/promotional products for the production and distribution of the South Carolina Wildlife (SCW) magazine to our 26,000 current subscribers and to aid in the promotion of the magazine to increase that number in the future. Printing/Production: The goal is to produce a professional quality print magazine that best represents both the SCDNR and the State of South Carolina to subscribers and constituents. This product should meet or exceed the quality in paper selection/weight and finish as is currently being produced to preserve the reputation and credibility of this now 70-year-old standard bearer (SCDNR’s flagship publication) for the conservation and best management of South Carolina’s natural resources. Complete PCI Compliant Subscriber Services: To find a compatible and PCI compliant service to keep and manage the list of subscribers in such a way as to be able to fulfill subscriptions of SCW magazine, collect subscription fees and deposit them appropriately, mail renewal/promotional materials to maintain such subscriptions. Subscriber service would offer dashboard data and daily reporting of subscription totals and revenue activity to SCDNR accounting/SCW magazine staff. Distribution/Fulfillment: To be able to work with a contracted mail house that meets the specification of the USPS bulk mailing instructions for a feature magazine and promotional/renewal materials in an efficient and timely manner. Promotion: To be able to utilize the above specifications to produce appropriate promotional products including but not limited to the annual calendar and occasional hats, t-shirts etc. to promote and supplement SCW magazine operations.
