Town of Atoka will be soliciting bids for the Main Street and Kearns Lift Station Renovations project on the property located next to 500 Main Street and 80 Kearns Circle, Atoka, TN 38004. The Main Street and Kearns Lift Station Renovations is a sanitary sewer rehabilitation with several functions for the residential community. The project consists of two worksites, located at the Main Street and Kearns Lift Station. Construction at the Main Street Lift Station will consist of a new wet well, dry well, meter vault, valve vault, electrical building, and canopy and the installation of two new submersible pumps, solids grinder, variable frequency drives, piping, valves, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, controls, accessories, and appurtenances. Construction at the Kearns Lift Station will consist of replacing the existing soft starters on the submersible pumps with variable frequency drives and the installation of a new standby generator, including the necessary electrical, mechanical, structural, instrumentation, and controls. This project is being supported with American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
