1. Average 4G LTE download speeds in the 5 to 200 Mbps range (+/-) and 5G service up to 1000 Mbps if available. Unlimited data preferred. 2. The applicant’s existing equipment includes INSEEGO USB8L or equivalent models. Any proposed service must function effectively with this model or similar equipment offering compatible network standards. Vendors should ensure their service meets the technical specifications for compatibility with devices of this class or provide clear documentation on equivalent support. 3. All proposals must include the complete cost to connect to and work with the wireless network. 4. The proposals must identify any costs for ineligible components and/or services. 5. The proposals must ensure that their cost proposals include estimates for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges from which the Owner is not exempt or that is imposed or assessed by the Respondent. 6. Each proposal shall provide a separate section listing all costs associated with the proposal. One-time costs for the purchase of equipment as well as installation, activation and configuration should be priced separately from monthly recurring costs for service. The Owner reserves the right to contract for each of these items separately. Proposals must clearly identify installation costs, if applicable. 7. Additional features included in the service without a separately identifiable cost, such as equipment warranties, basic firewall service, client access control, VPN and routing, usage reporting, and/or filtering capabilities should also be described in your proposal. 8. Geographic coverage: The Respondent shall provide a coverage map showing locations within the Owner’s geographic boundaries that indicates 5G speeds. 9. Internet access shall be available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
