Offerors shall identify the region(s) it is submitting a proposal for. If an offeror submits a proposal for more than one region, the offeror must describe the services for each region. An offeror’s proposal will be scored against proposals for that region only and will not be scored against proposals submitted for the other region. Each region will be awarded a separate contract. An offeror submitting a proposal for more than one region may or may not receive multiple awards. The successful offeror(s) shall provide services in a manner that are recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered. The successful offeror shall provide two hours of in person mental health support (not therapy) weekly at the Lake Region Human Service Center (Region III) in Devils Lake, North Dakota, and one hour of mental health support in person or via telehealth at its satellite clinic in Rolla, North Dakota. The successful offeror shall provide two hours of in person mental health support (not therapy) weekly at the South Central Human Service Center (Region VI) in Jamestown, North Dakota, and one hour of mental health support in person or via telehealth at its satellite clinic in Valley City, North Dakota. The successful offeror(s) must be a North Dakota licensed mental health professional able to work independently without supervision. The successful offeror(s) must not have been employed by STATE at any regional Human Service Center(s) within the last five years. The successful offeror(s) must be able to provide services via telehealth.
