The successful offeror(s) shall provide services in a manner that are recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered. The successful offeror(s) shall provide two hours of in person mental health support (not therapy) weekly. This mental health support shall include providing two hours per week on-site at the Human Service Center. The successful offeror(s) must be a North Dakota licensed mental health professional able to work independently without supervision. The successful offeror(s) must not have been employed by STATE at any regional Human Service Center(s) within the last five years. The successful offeror(s) shall provide non-clinical mental health support to center staff. If a referral for additional resources is needed, successful offeror(s) shall assist staff with accessing services and/or refer staff to the North Dakota Mental Health Directory for additional resources. The successful offeror(s) shall describe their ability to collect and report on process and outcome measures.
