The Maintenance/Repair will be done immediately after the winter to correct any deficiencies that were created during that time. It will also be done just prior to the start of winter to catch any obvious problems before they occur. A written report shall be submitted to the Board of Education after each inspection on the status of each roof and to report any major problems. The Program will consist of the following: A. Clean out all roof drains B. Check all vent stacks, air conditioning units and skylights. C. Examine penetrations and exhaust fans and repair as necessary. D. Fill all pitch boxes. E. Check all base flashings for breaks, holes, cracking or wear. F. Any minor repairs will be accomplished with mastic roof cement and asphalt saturated cotton fabric. G.
