A. Remove existing lift superstructure, controls, and various piping components. B. Evacuate and recycle all old hydraulic oil per local, state and EPA guidelines. C. Load, haul away, and recycle all old lift components per local, state and EPA guidelines. D. Cap off existing air line at wall source to be used with new 2-post inground lift. E. Waste oil to be placed into onside waste oil tanks. F. Provide wet stamped engineering, drawings, and seismic calculations for new 2-post lift foundation. G. Saw cut concrete floor per engineered drawings. H. Break out existing concrete foundation for new lift and to remove old/existing side by side lift I. Load, haul away, and recycle all broken concrete and unnecessary dirt at local dump site. J. Supply, deliver, and install PVC conduit for lift hydraulics and airline supply.
