1. Remove all existing wet or damaged roofing materials and replace with new materials. 2. Work should begin at the highest point of the roof level and proceed to the lowest point. 3. Replace all roof edging and paint to match existing. 4. Add venting and heat tape to roof (if applicable). 5. Copings, counter flashing, and other metal work shall be fastened to resist wind uplift and prevent buckling. Metal should be sealed to prevent moisture infiltration. 6. Job site and premises will be kept clean and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. 7. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. 8. Contractor will guarantee roof material for twenty (20) years unconditionally, material only, and provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty. 9. Product delivery, storage, and handling: deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions. 10. The roofing system must be installed by a manufacturer approved Contractor to ensure installation guidelines are met. At the time of contract award, the Contractor will provide a completed warranty application form to manufacturer and upon completion of the project a completed warranty to the CHP. All projects must have a manufacturer’s warranty application number assigned prior to inspection.
