3.1.1 Copyright Licensing 3.1.1.1 Licensing must be for Annual Licenses for the Office of Health Facilities 7 State Hospitals. 3.1.1.2 Copyright Licenses must be available for Major Motion Pictures and all movies which include but not limited to the following distributors: Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros, Bleeker Street, Fine Line Features, Lorimar Productions, New Line Cinema, Picturehouse, RKO Films, The Ladd Company, Turner Pictures, Warner Independent Pictures, Warner Premier, A24 Films, STX Entertainment, MGM/UA, American International, Orion, United Artists, Lions Gate Films, Trimark, Sony Pictures, Columbia Pictures, Epic Productions, Tristar Pictures, Triumph Films, Paramount Vantage, NBC Universal Pictures, Polygram, Focus Features, Gramercy, October Films, USA Films, Summit Entertainment, The Weinstein Company, Buena Vista Distribution, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax, Touchstone Pictures, and Walt Disney Pictures, etc. 3.1.1.3 Copyright License Vendor must bill each of the 7 State Facilities. 3.1.1.4 Copyright License Vendor must include all charges and fees in bid response. 3.1.1.5 Vendor must provide Home Video Content. 3.1.1.6 Vendor must provide Home Video Content for Indoor Only.
