• Site user safety must be considered at all times and the site or portions of the site may be closed it if is determined to be unsafe during the tree removal process. • Parking lots are NOT plowed by the DNR during the winter. Any plowing necessary for site access is the sole responsibility of the Contractor. • Any damage caused to the parking lot surface needs to be repaired by and at the sole expense of the Contractor. • Remove trees as specified below. • Low‐cut all remaining stumps • Chip/mulch wood debris that can be completed onsite. o Mulched material may be dispersed in the wooded areas on the site in non-mowed/non-developed areas, but extreme caution must be taken to ensure chips/mulch is spread ONLY on DNR property. • Haul all larger debris off site dispose of in accordance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
