A. Remove all existing insulation and dispose in appropriate California land field. B. Install R-30 Close Cell Spray Foam to under roof deck ceiling. C. Apply ignition barrier to new foam. D. Job site and premises will be kept clean, and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. E. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. F. The roofing repair work must be done accordance to industry standards using the very best material available and work done by competent individuals licensed and/or certified by the manufacturer. G. Contractor will guarantee work for two (2) years unconditionally, to include material and labor. H. Contractor has thirty (30) days from the project start date to complete the project. If more time is needed contractor can contact the Facilities Coordinator. I. Product delivery, storage and handling - deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions.
