a) Scale-up district capacity by continuing and refining an existing state cadre of family engagement coaches. b) Develop resources with TASN providers that promote family-school-community partnerships. c) Promote meaningful family engagement at all levels of education and provide information and resources to help families, educators, and other organizations implement the Family Engagement Standards as endorsed by the KSBE, including those with disabilities. d) Offer technical assistance and professional learning to educators and families, on the development of family friendly policies and programs, network with community organizations to support family engagement in education and supporting early learning programs to promote school readiness. e) Work in partnership with the IDEA Kansas Parent Training and Information Center, institutions of higher education, and other associations/organizations..
