The City of Charlotte is seeking a qualified company to provide the manufacturing, application, removal, and repair, as well as Inventory Management of vehicle graphics for various city departments, including the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), the Charlotte Fire Department (CFD), and Solid Waste Services (SWS). The volume of work includes approximately 200 CMPD vehicles and 50 MCSO vehicles annually. The company shall supply all necessary tools, chemicals, and related materials and will utilize only approved products, parts, brands, and specifications. Designated personnel will be responsible for sharing service, inventory, availability, and delivery information, and organizing meetings to ensure service improvements, contract compliance, and shall address any other relevant issues
