Entails all material, equipment, labor, incidentals, overhead and profit to conduct park access and parking (using concrete paver system) improvements, ADA sidewalk improvements, minimal drainage improvements and overall parkscape improvements for the White Avenue Park and Pier Access at the terminus of White Avenue in Fairhope’s Fruit and Nut District. Materials and workmanship shall be per the enclosed plans and specifications. This is a quantities-based project and all quantities will be field verified prior to payment. Key Project Deliverables: • Placement of perimeter and median concrete curbing • Resurfacing of the asphalt access and loop road • 1,200 SF of new angled paver parking with header curbing and inset paver delineator striping • Drainage conveyance improvements with curbing and inlet rehab • New 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk connecting work to existing pier landing and walkway • Topsoil and solid sodding • Park Lighting (optional) to be performed by the City in coordination with the park project
