• Aging buildings, athletic facilities, and site amenities at Legion Stadium require renovations and/or improvements. • Develop a robust cost estimate to inform the funding strategy with public and private partners and prepare for design and construction. • Provide an estimated timeline to complete this study. • Concept Study o Evaluate 5 projects (Exhibit A + B + C) o Include projects or project components that emerge through a conceptual planning exercise. o Develop conceptual sketches of the project area o Evaluate constructability and make recommendations o Environmental considerations o Permit review • Develop Probable Cost o Provide cost analysis to include Design • Include survey, geotechnical review Construction • Include construction administration FF&E, signage Security Cameras/devices Contingencies Permitting All Soft costs, including but not limited to • Allowances • Materials testing • Special inspections • CFPUA • Stormwater • Environmental analysis • Client Coordination o Site visit(s) o Virtual or in-person orientation meeting o Stakeholder kick-off o Virtual or in-person check-ins to validate progress and direction o Review of conceptual sketches and incorporation of requested changes (up to 3 changes) o Final presentation to client (virtual or in person) (up to 2 visits) • Final Deliverables Sketches and narrative reflecting the concept study.
