Regularly Meet with MDE Staff: The Contractor should schedule and attend regular meetings with key personnel at MDE to facilitate communication, ensure alignment with the agency's vision, and address any questions or concerns. B. Provide Milestone Deliverables at Regular Intervals: To ensure the project stays on track and meets deadlines, the Contractor should establish a project timeline with clear milestones and deliverables. These should at least include: • Initial Course Outline and Design Document: Presenting a detailed outline of the course structure, including modules, topics, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies. • Module Content Drafts: Submitting drafts of each module's content, including text, interactive elements, videos, and assessments, for review and feedback. • Prototype Development: Creating a functional prototype of the course on MDE’s Canvas platform to demonstrate the user interface, navigation, and functionality. • Pilot Testing and Feedback: Conducting pilot testing with a small group of target users (K-12 CS educators) to gather feedback on the course's effectiveness, clarity, and engagement. • Final Course Materials and Resources: Delivering all final course materials, including module content, assessments, supplementary resources, and instructor guides. C. Ensure Accessibility and Alignment with Standards: The Contractor should ensure the course content and materials are accessible to all learners.
