3.1 Mandatory Contract Item Requirements: Contract Item must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below. 3.1.1 Bagged Fertilizer for Huttonsville State Farm 3.1.1.1 Minimum of 34 tons of granular fertilizer must be 23-10-21 NPK. 3.1.1.2 Minimum of 10 tons of granular fertilizer must be 19-19-19 NPK 3.1.1.3 Fertilizer must be priced per ton and delivered in 1-ton super sacks. Vendor must include all shipping related costs in the unit price. Shipping to: Huttonsville State Farm located at 271 Prison Farm Circle, Huttonsville, WV 26273 within 14 days of receiving purchase order. 3.1.2 Bagged Fertilizer for Pruntytown State Farm 3.1.2.1 Minimum of 22 tons of granular fertilizer must be 23-10-21 NPK 3.1.2.2 Minimum of 11 tons of granular fertilizer must be 46-0-0 NPK with Nutrisphere or equal amendment that acts as an enzyme inhibitor for nitrogen stabilization 3.1.2.3 Bagged fertilizer must be priced per ton and delivered in 1-ton super sacks. Vendor must include all shipping related costs in the unit price. Shipping to Pruntytown State Farm located at 162 Fairground Road, Grafton, WV 26354 within 14 days of receiving purchase order. 3.1.3 Bagged Fertilizer for General John McCausland State Farm 3.1.3.1 Minimum of 15 tons of granular fertilizer must be 22-9-24 NPK with Nutrisphere or equal amendment that acts as an enzyme inhibitor for nitrogen stabilization 3.1.3.2 Minimum of 11 tons of granular fertilizer must be 19-14-23 NPK with Nutrisphere or equal amendment that acts as an enzyme inhibitor for nitrogen stabilization 3.1.3.3 Bagged fertilizer must be priced per ton and delivered in 1-ton super sacks.
