Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The county currently uses wooden cafeteria style chairs for lobby seating at the Capitol Theatre. The backs of these chairs cause damage to the plaster columns in the lobby. The chairs were purchased in the late 1970’s and 1980’s. They are not uniform in design and all have had extensive repairs. We are looking to install custom benches designed to fit in the lobby and not cause damage to the columns, and that will be uniform in appearance. County requires seating that will not damage the plaster columns in the lobby, fit appropriately around the columns, and that suit the aesthetic of the historic venue. Sizes: 5 each of 25”x25” 2 each of 25”x33” 12 each of 25”x43” All benches are 19.5’ inches tall.
