The Project includes, but is not limited to: • Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary erosion and sediment control; • Sawcut, remove, and dispose of existing bituminous pavement and aggregate base course; • Install sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer pipes and appurtenances; • Excavate, grade, and shape stormwater ponds; • Install stormwater outlets; • Rough grade site; • Install aggregate base materials for drives and walks; • Install concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, vehicular drives, and utility pads; • Install stabilized aggregate surfacing for ADA-accessible trail and campsites; • Construct insulated block toilet and shower room building, all complete, including full-depth frost-protected footings, concrete slab, and electrical, water, and sanitary amenities and appurtenances; • Furnish and install vault toilets; • Furnish and install campsite electrical RV hookups; • Furnish and install RV dump station; • Furnish and install area light poles, heads, and campground electrical service; • Furnish and install campground wi-fi service; • Install fences and gates; • Provide finish grading and site restoration; and, • Construct miscellaneous and incidental work as described in the Bidding Documents.
