The Fluid Power Training System shall be a complete and self-contained unit to study pneumatics, hydraulics and advanced packages listed. It shall consist of a single double-sided workstation to save floor space. The hands-on exercises shall be designed to reinforce theoretical concepts and shall help develop skills related to fluid power as well as the theory behind the circuits and components. There shall not be the need for a computer with the system to complete the exercises, even the troubleshooting portion. Non-drip hoses and non-drip components shall be supplied. The curriculum shall consist of fully-illustrated student manuals and instructor guides. The course curriculum accompanying the learning system must be designed to follow industry standards. In addition, all circuits in the courseware must be available in a simulation and design software. A certification shall be attainable for students.
