The purpose of this quick quote is for a Contractor to fabricate a skid tank as outlined below. The tank will be mounted on a brush truck utilized by Hanover County Fire-EMS. A. Tank (1) 1. Model: Black Textured PPC – Skid Tank 2. Capacity: 215-5 gallons with Skid Base 3. Dimensions: 96” L x 68” W x 38” H (approximate) 4. Features: Fabricated per customer specifications B. Accessories – Trays (2) 1. Material: Black Textured PPC 2. Dimensions: 93.25” L x 22.63” W x 6.38” H (approximate) 1.2 The product shall include a limited lifetime warranty. 1.3 The Contractor shall fabricate and provide the tank within twelve (12) weeks of the purchase order being received. 1.4 The Contractor shall deliver the tank to 13289 Fire House Road, Hanover, VA 23069. 1.5 The quoted price shall include all costs of fabricating the skid tank and delivery FOB destination.
