5.0 SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK The Custodial Service Vendor shall provide all labor, supplies, transportation, equipment, supervision, and all necessary items needed to perform complete Custodial services specified herein. The awarded vendor shall provide a work schedule which will align within Isothermal Community College’s normal operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Work shall consist of, but not limited to, cleaning the following areas: restrooms, classrooms, corridors, elevators, offices, building entrances, hallways, lobbies, kitchens, laundry room and computer labs throughout Isothermal Community College’s Spindale Campus. The campus is located at: 286 ICC Loop Rd. Spindale NC, 28160 The campus consists of 16 buildings, with a total square footage of 378,781. The Custodial Service Vendor shall provide emergency services when needed at levels described herein. Custodial services will include routine cleaning, non-routine cleaning, emergency cleaning and cleaning for special events as described herein.
