Processing and Cataloging for Maker Materials: WCPSS Library Media Services will indicate upon order which items fall into the reusable and consumable categories for clarification. Reusable materials (e.g. robots, construction kits, printing equipment): ● Complete MARC cataloging compatible with the Follett Destiny Library Manager system ● Loose/unaffixed barcodes provided for each item ● No additional property labels Consumable materials (e.g. filament, duct tape): ● No MARC records ● No loose/unaffixed barcodes ● No additional property labels Cataloging Specifications: Cataloging will follow a standard set by WCPSS. (To be furnished at bid award.) The vendor must be able to provide customized cataloging to allow for WCPSS specifications regarding call number, including a standard district prefix. Fee waived for special orders.
