1. The supplier shall be responsible for the initial set-up of dispenser units and required chemicals (delivered to each location) and for providing training to the staff members regarding proper operation and usage of dispenser units and associated chemicals 2. The dispenser units required for the chemicals shall be supplied, installed and maintained free of charge to the County and PACA members for the duration of the contract and any subsequent renewal period. 3. Product dispensers must: a. Be secured to the wall off the floor b. Have a locking capability or timing system for shut off for safety and reduction of potential waste c. Be labeled to track usage d. Be refillable and reusable 4. The contractor must coordinate with the Youth Detention CNP coordinator as well as PACA members for all delivery times and schedules. 5. The resulting contract will require that a service technician be available, on call, with a maximum service response time of 48 hours, meaning the technician must be at the machine for repairs within no more than 48 hours from the time the facility placed the service call.
