• Under task orders, the County may request the firm to provide temporary flow monitoring services and analysis for various sewer-shed basins for the purposes of inflow & infiltration (I&I) studies and analysis • The firm may be requested to perform field work involving manholes investigations, sewer line evaluations, smoke and dye testing, night time flow testing, lateral investigations, and other field investigations • Location and property surveys are to be performed to identify and locate existing sewer/water lines, surrounding physical objects, easement limits, and shall meet the requirements for boundary surveys • Work may include on-going sanitary sewer evaluation studies (SSES) • Work may include TV’ing sewer lines to identify defects and post CIPPCCTV(sewer cleaning may be included as-needed) • Work may include Panorama sewer lines and manholes to identify defects and post CIPP • Work may include Electro Scan sewer lines to identify defects and post CIPP • Work is expected to be performed using current NASSCO standards and reporting in the appropriate PACP, MACP, and LACP format • Work may include Sub-Foot GPS Data capture and reporting using current GIS standards • Work may include mapping and surveying services for various water and sewer assets • Work may include contract development for sewer rehabilitation and construction administration assistance for I&I rehab, pipeline/manhole replacement, pipeline rehabilitation • Work may include ongoing professional services in regard to flow monitoring, micro metering, I&I and pipeline rehabilitation contract work, and other technical services relating to the sewer and water system
