professional services required in the implementation of its 2023 Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funded by the Mississippi Home Corporation. These services pertain to homeowner housing rehabilitation and reconstruction work and are as follows: LEGAL: Title work on the property of selected homeowners to determine fee-simple ownership, title curative work, if required to produce legal ownership and clear title and certified title certificates for the homeowners as required for implementation of the project. LEAD-BASED PAINT INSPECTIONS, TESTING AND ASSESSMENT: Pre-rehabilitation inspection, testing and follow-up written assessment on selected HOME units in accordance with HUD regulation 24 CFR Part 92.355 as required for implementation of the project. ASBESTOS INSPECTIONS, TESTING AND ASSESSMENT: Pre-rehabilitation inspection, testing and follow-up written assessment on selected HOME units in accordance with 40 CFR 61 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants; Asbestos NESHAP Revision; Final Rule and MDEQ Asbestos Regulations.
