MDA-ENRD, on behalf of the state of Mississippi, is establishing a new program to demonstrate measurable improvements in energy resilience, focusing on grid modernization investments. MDA-ENRD seeks grant management, consulting services, technical assistance, and administrative support to evaluate and manage project funding for eligible entities. These projects aim to improve the electric grid's resilience against disruptive events and assist in developing plans for future funding rounds. The Contractor shall provide the following services: 2.2 Consult with MDA-ENRD on a bi-weekly basis to develop the program design, identify program objectives, and review statutory and compliance-related requirements, including but not limited to Davis Bacon, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Build America, Buy America, and other requirements found in Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Pub. L.
