The State of Utah (Utah Department of Transportation), hereinafter referred to as (UDOT). UDOT is seeking a contract to provide the State with OEM parts and service for PistenBully ”snow cats/groomers”. UDOT is requesting proposals to supply competitive percentage off of parts and products, and hourly rates for in-house Service repairs as well as field service rates. Service centers/authorized distributors, for Awarded Contractor shall be located in the State of Utah or within Utah border; consideration will not be given to bidders unable to satisfy the Utah Department of Transportation as to the adequacy of their service facilities and the availability of replacement parts. All parts of common or high usage should be regularly carried in stock by the Awarded Contractor, or their distributor.
