Existing dead and small trees must be removed completely. Large trees are to be groomed of all good limbs to a ten foot height and cleared of all dead limbs, medium trees are to be cut down and dispose of properly. Do not damage any structure(s), cement foundation or fences. All accumulations, rubbish, concrete, brick, vehicle parts, broken glass and items existing throughout the land must be removed. All doors and windows to the structures must be secured and re-enforced with ½ in plywood and 2 ½ in screws. (2) 4 x4 Coroplast signs on each property to read: “Private Property. No Trespassing. Violators will be prosecuted. Laredo Police Department 956-795-2800 (NOTE: Contractor will be responsible for all landfill costs). All structures must not be removed or damaged in any manner. Provide all labor, equipment, and supplies for the above-mentioned services. Contractor must provide before and after pictures of the lots being cleaned. Successful bidder hereby agrees to commence work upon receiving of purchase order and fully complete the projects in less than fifteen (15) Calendar days thereafter.
