1. Area Dedicated Track 17 St. Road Crossing Replace a 40 ft. asphalt crossing with 7X9X8ft 6 in. ties with track ties provided by Amtrak. Contactor to load and haul Amtrak provided material from Houston to Ft Worth. Contractor to provide and install new 136# rail, pandrol plates, eclips, lag screws, new concrete crossing panels with rubber fillers, thermite weld on each side of crossing and in crossing, tamp with 2400 tamper or larger, make 10 ft asphalt runoff on each side of crossing.
