BASE BID: Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment to provide the scope of work outlined below, refer to drawings for construction locations and details. a. Replace the main vestibule 112A exterior door with new hardware, exclude the door frame. b. Paint the main vestibule 112A walls, and a small ceiling in room 101B. c. Replace the main entry walk-off mat in 112A. d. Replace four (4) corner guards in the main vestibule 112 corridor. e. Add a kickplate to the 112-room side of the vestibule 2nd door. f. Replace three (3) existing windows with aluminum in Staff Lounge 117 and Kitchen 118. g. Replace three (3) heaters and add two (2) heaters in the office area and in staff restrooms.
