• Project Management Support: Assist with project planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. • Coordination & Communication: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including contractors, design engineers, the city, and HMI. • Regular reporting: Providing regular updates on the project’s status, including progress reports, budget status, and updates. • Project documentation: Manage all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, easements, RFIs, change orders, field change directives, and as-built drawings. At the end of the project, provide all final project documentation to the city. • Construction Engineering & Inspection: Monitor construction activities to verify that the work complies with design plans and specifications. Review test results and issue approval of materials and workmanship that meet standards.
