Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional Architectural and Engineering design services to produce studies, plans and specifications and contract administration for the construction of [various facility repairs, replacements, renovations, remodels, equipment, roofing, grounds and general maintenance projects not to exceed the On-Call contract threshold of $2 million]. Agency intends to award this contract to a consultant having the capability to provide the required services in-house but shall consider awarding the contract to a consulting firm with outside sub-consultants. Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation if deemed in the best interest of the State.
