Remove and dispose of two (2) sets of existing commercial automatic bi-parting sliding doors, supply new and install two (2) sets of commercial automatic bi-parting sliding doors at the Middendorf-Kredell Branch. ● Bidder will be responsible for removing and disposal of the old unwanted materials ● Door color will match the existing storefront (aluminum) ● Automatic doors will have at least an auto, off, and “exit only” mode switch ● New doors will be sized to meet existing egress capabilities with breakout panels ● New glass will be standard insulated glass for this type of install on exterior doors ● Appropriate sensors and safety signage should be included ● Bidder will plan to reuse existing power ● Bidder will supply appropriate thresholds, if needed, to transition between floors ● New lock cylinders must be able to be keyed to existing system or reuse existing cylinders ● Bidder will supply owner with the old locksets if not reused ● All workmanship and equipment should have a minimum 1-year warranty from time of install ● Submit all warranty details
